What is an Affirmation ?


Every single word is an affirmation. What you think is an affirmation. It does not matter that what you thinking is positive or negative. Every thought of your mind is an affirmation. Affirmation is a very ancient technique to keep ourselves positive and peaceful. Affirmation is a very high state of frequency when you speak it with feel and pure divine love. When you speak something with pure divine love and feel, you immediately shift to higher frequency. What you affirm becomes reality, if you say it with feel and pure divine love. You have to always think positive so that your reality becomes positive, happy and joyful.

As it is said earlier, affirmation can be positive and negative. What you are thinking is an affirmation but you have to differentiate between positive and negative affirmation in your mind because it is very important to think only positive thoughts.

What is positive affirmation?

An affirmation is positive when there is only positivity in the statement or thought and when you feel energetic by thinking some thoughts. How you feel shows that what you thinking. Your thoughts are the primary cause of what you feeling. When you think only positive then your life will also become positive and full of happiness. By affirming positively your behavior also shifts to positive side and you also feel something positive in you.

You can affirm positively for you in many areas of your life like, health, relationships, career, job, wealth, confidence, education etc. You can affirm for every area of your life as some of these examples given below:

Affirmations for health-
I am healthy and always stay energetic. 
I always eat healthy food. 
There is only positivity in each and every cell of my body. 

Now, for relationships-
I always attract positive people in my life.
There is only harmony in my every relationship.


What is negative affirmation?

When there are negative words and feelings in thoughts then it is a negative affirmation. It feels low and it lower the energy. You can’t feel low when you are thinking good and positive thoughts. If you are feeling low then it is because of your negative thinking.

Example of a negative thought or affirmation-
I don't have enough money to afford it.
I don't have good friends.
I am not strong.
I can't do this thing.
I am not happy with my life.

No positive thought can cause a bad feeling. So, keep a close eye on how you feeling when you are thinking something in your mind. If there is any thought which makes you feel low and sad immediately replace that thought with good and positive affirmation.
